Blueprint Medicines needed to build awareness of Systemic Mastocytosis (SM) a rare and frequently misdiagnosed condition. So, to educate and expedite time to diagnosis, we created a website with information, symptom surveys, testimonial videos and doctor discussion guides to support those seeking answers for their illness.

This translated to a breakthrough campaign emphasizing the intent of lab work: Do research, not redoing.
OPSUMIT PATIENT JOURNEY & ESCAPE ROOM
Internal stakeholders weren’t fully aware that patients coping with their new diagnoses were also struggling to stay on top of CRM communications. We outlined how their emotional ups and downs align with the first four weeks of communications from siloed programs. And we created an “Escape Room” challenge for participants to complete the demands of daily living while juggling the prompts and requirements from CRM initiatives.
